this is the last time the rules will be posted unless there is such a big problem that it's just easier to rewrite it all additions or fixes will be reposted here

here is where the rules for Bleach Blades of Destiny will be posted and edited when needed. please follow them to the best of your ability there will be no exceptions.


These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time, it is the users own responsibility to ensure they abide by these rules, to avoid punishment. Ignorance is not an excuse.

- Offensive language / names
Minor cursing can be overlooked, however heavy cursing and offending other users (see harassment) is not allowed. This includes messages in the forums, discussion, news comments, and a user's signature. Penalties will be handed out at the moderator's discretion, and are non-debatable

Warnings will be handed out through PM and/or email while offense is occurring. Offenders can expect up to a one day ban, repeated offenders can expect any ban from two days to a week and a consecutive forum bans, should offenses persist.

Offensive usernames are subject to be banned and deadlocked on sight. Consciously making an offensive username is against the rules and will not be tolerated. This can be done at anytime, so you are heavily advised to not test your luck, because a Captain account with an offensive username is no different from a Squad member username. Rule of thumb, if you think it might be offensive, it probably is.

Offensive language / usernames consist of usernames/language include, but are not limited to:

Excessive swearing
Sexual references
Being a generic pervert
Racism
Illegal drug references
- Language:
In the fourm, news comments or other publicly accessible locations, any language besides english is strictly prohibited Our moderator team cannot possibly know every language, and as such, cannot moderate any messages in languages they do not understand, to prevent harassment out of the moderators control, all other languages are only to be used in PM's

- Harassment:
Harassment, Trolling, or otherwise pestering a user is most obviously not allowed, bans will be granted after written complaints to moderators / administrators by the user involved. Valid proof must be submitted to warrant the ban.

Harassment warrants up to a 1 day ban at first offense, consecutive offensive warrant bans up to 7 days. The exact length of the ban induced is at the discretion of the moderator and will depend on the severity of the violation.

- Account Sharing
For your safety, account sharing is explicitly forbidden for all users, if any user is found sharing their password, both users can expect bans up to 48 hours, and a forced password change. if this offense is continued to be repeated both users will be fully banned and deleted from the site

- Impersonating a moderator / Administrator:
Anyone found impersonating moderators / administrators will be banned on sight for 7 days. This rule extends to usernames with great resemblance to that of a moderator, or usernames implying moderator or admin privileges such as "4dmin1istrat0r","SiteOwner" and the likes.

- Account Buying / Selling / Trading / Giving away
Trading, Selling, or buying accounts is explicitely forbidden all accounts involved in this process will be banned for a period no less than 1 week, and the account that had switched ownership will be flagged for deletion. Giving away accounts also falls under this rule.

- User-pictures:
User-pictures are subject to moderation, inappropriate user-pictures will be removed on sight, and a warning will be issued.

Inappropriate user-pictures include pictures:

Of sexual nature
Containing swear words
Depicting racism of any kind
Harrassing other users (see harrassment)
The administration reserves the right to deem user-pictures inappropriate even when not falling under any of the above categories.

Failure to comply can result in bans up to 48 hours.

- Changes to user data:
The administration will under no circumstance, manipulate a users stats, ablities, or rank on request of the user. I.E. ranks-ups will not be undone, your offenses will not be swapped, your ablities levels will not be swapped.

- Account responsibility:
The owner of the account is at all times responsible of anything that occurs on his/her account. Hackers, little brothers, cats, or mysterious glitches are no excuse.

- Moderator / Admin positions:
Any users found asking for, begging for, inquiring about the means to become an admin or moderator, will be subject to a ban of any size. The policy on becoming a moderator / admin is simple. Don�t call us, we�ll call you. (Naturally this is voided if we ask you to call us.)

Bans:
Bans are definitive and will not be revoked, anyone found whining about being banned, shall have their ban extended by up to two times the original length. The use of an alt to whine about the banning/get around the ban is prohibited. A ban is a punishment for breaking the rules; therefore, anyone found doing so will merely have that account banned.

=Admin abuse of power
any staff member found guilty of abusing their power will be removed from their position and striped of all power, this will not be tolerated by any means this includes the following

- deletion of any member account without notification or approval from the owner of the site or of at minimum of 3 other staff regardless of who is notified any deletion must be pre sent meaning that before the deletion occurs a request for the deletion of an account must be sent to all staff with a detailed explenation of why this should be considered. upon the completion of this step the staff member may not delete the account for the next 4 weeks. then and only then will the deletion take place no exceptions will be made other than prior conditions conflictiing with the other rules

- No action may be taken alone meaning no one staff member may judge any member with a crime or modify any post, thread, board, group, squad, permission, or any setting pre determined by the owner. proper procedure will be required meaning that should a rule be broken member must be brought up on charges an investigation of no less than two staff members not including the staff member who discovered the offense will occur should proper evedince be found the member will be punished according the the site rules.

- No staff may use their position to gain an illegal advantage over another member in any form or fashion.
- Any and all staff are required to obey the rules just like everyone else

Bans for this section include the following
1st offense- a warning will be issued to accused staff member/s, up to a 2 day post ban may be issued

2nd offense - member will be banned from the site for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 given the severity of the offense, member must send in a formal apology to all members including the abused member, a metting between all other staff will be set in place to aces the qualifications of the staff members ability to preform their job with honesty and repect

3rd offense- by this time should this occur the staff member will be striped of his position and have their account be put up for debate to be deleted, if the account is deleted a permenate ip ban will be set in place

(the above admin rules are also in affect for moderators and any other form of staff, you have been warned)

Spamming
Spamming included Posts:
- In all caps.
- In all bold/italic/underline
- Large nonsensical posts that stretch any post unless there is a good reason for the length of the post

- Glitching/Hacking
As it would go without saying, exploiting faults in the code and hacking of Bleach online rpg is strictly forbidden. Anyone found doing either can expect the wrath of the Administration to fall upon their account.

Along side of this:
- Inquiring about how to glitch
- Inquiring about how to hack
- Threatening to hack the site
- Withholding information about a glitch

Is also strictly forbidden. Depending on the severity of the offense, a user found violating this rule can expect a punishment ranging from a two day ban to deletion of their account



ok thats it for the site rules in general now for rules for the spacific ranks

Captain

1. must keep squad board updated with new information when avalible
2. must keep squad under control (this means doing what ever is needed to keep the squad happy and undercontrol how you do this is completly up to you)
3. must make at least 4 posts every two weeks (some exceptions may be made)
4. no captain can or is allowed to decline a captains chalange from their Lieutenant all other members yes this rule is in place because only Lieutenants can chalange a captain for their position
5. all captains must make some type of contribution to the site once a month
6. all captains will need to be able to attend most captain meetings not all will be required

Lieutenant
1. must keep squad board updated with new information when possible
2. must keep squad under control (this means doing what ever is needed to keep the squad happy and undercontrol how you do this is completly up to you and your captain)
3. all Lieutenants are required to login at least 3 times a month
4. all Lieutenants must make some type of contribution to the site at least once a month

Squad members
1. mostly squad members will need to follow all rules above execpt captain and Lieutenant's rules
2. must login at least once a month (some exceptions may be made this may change if i think that this is to hard to complete)



now i will post the options of all ranks
(by this i mean what each rank can and can't do this is subject to chance without notice so check back offton these will also be posted in the forums)

Ranks
1. Captain
2. Lieutenant
3. Squad Member
Squad members can

1. You may reject any request from anyone in your squad including Captain/Lieutenant... (hope you don't get kicked)

This doesn't mean not to listen to your captain...
Captains even though your captain rank you can only eject him from your squad if he is treating you or any of your squad badly


Lieutenants can
1. May accept/reject any squad request
2. May move people to suit there seats
3. May accept/decline any squad member trades
4. May resign from Lieutenant (captain will decide who takes over)

5. Required to attend most Lieutenant meetings (unless there is a reason you can’t make it in which you may ask someone else from your squad including the captain to take your place but before you do this you must notify at least 3 other captains including your captain that you will be unable to make it to the metting)

6. May ask for a Lieutenant’s meting to be scheduled

7. may set up events and contests with approvial from the captain

8. may create rules and regulations for the squad with approvial from the captain
(More may be added later)



Captains can
1. May accept/reject any squad request
2. May move people to suit there seats (can over ride any decision made by the lieutenant)
3. May accept/decline any squad member trades
4. May kick any members in squad (only with a good reason)
5. May resign from captain (Lieutenant would move up)
6. May NOT refuse a captain challenge
7. May NOT kick member just because you are challenged for your position
8. If a captain automatic moderation powers
9. MAY OVER RULE ANY Lieutenant’s ORDERS
10. May ask a trade from any other division in return you must trade a member from your division
11. may ask for a metting with the 46 council
12. may set of a date for a squad metting
13. may ask for a captains metting to be scheduled
14. may ask for a lieutenant metting to be scheduled
15. may schedul events and contests for the squad
16. may create a set of rules for their squad with approvial from two staff members
(More may be added later).

the next rules are from previous posts that i choose to repost just in case

1. Any deviation from standard forum roleplay rules must be agreed before hand with other roleplayers.

2. You are limited to one attack per post unless you follow with the above rule.

3. Do not criticize nor harass a player. Any disputes concerning a roleplay post, must be brought up to an administrator.

4. There is a minimum of at least 1 sentence per roleplay post, ^_^.

5. Do not God-Mod.

6. Do not Metagame.

7. You may add music to a post. But you must first ask permission from the thread creator, and the music must not be put on autoplay.

8. You must have proper grammar when making a Role-play post. While you may chat-speak in OOC, this is not allowed in any way, shape or form in-character.

9. If you advertise via private messages or anywhere other than in the advertisements board your account will be deleted immediately without any warning. A second time will result in permanent IP ban. Unless you are advertising your own rp site. But ask admin permission first.

10. A thread must never be held inactive. If a role-player in a thread is an inactive member, you may skip them provided you have an in-character excuse. (Aka, their character is rendered unconscious, unable to act, or incapacitated in someway. Do not kill off the character unless granted permission.)

Before making a character sheet, here are important pointers we ask you to please respect them. If you don't respect them, some details of your character sheet will simply be ignored.

CHARACTER RELATIONS

Despite the fact that we promote originality, please consider the following:

1- Your character CANNOT BE MARRIED to an existing/original Bleach character... keep that for your personal fantasies.
2- Your character CANNOT BE THE SON/DAUGHTER of an existing/original Bleach character... Being an estranged son/daughter is out of the question too.

example: I'm Ulquiorra's wife and we have a son and 3 daughters. Ulquiorra is mine. Back off bitches!!!!! Oh! And I'm as strong, if not stronger, then the first espada, and I'm as invisible as Aizen and Gin put together, but the place of first espada was taken so yeah........ And when you fight me, I'm unbeatable, invicible and I'm all that

.......Yeah. You'll be ignored straight..

You don't even have to be related to anybody, either! Ever thought about that?

WHAT IS TOLERATED:

1- You can be related to a character by being a sister, cousin or niece/nephew AT MOST. BUT IF YOU DO THAT - keep in mind other characters are also related to, maybe, the same character as yours... If We had 3 Hitsugaya related characters here.... See what I mean. This just plains sucks. BUT, if you can all respect eachother, be all "siblings" and not fight, then I have no problems with it.
2- Nothing is wrong in having a huge crush on an existing bleach character.... but don't screw around with him. KEEP IT REAL

If you want relationships with other made-ups, please contact the creator of the made-up so maybe you can work something out ^^

Please just think about how annoying it is to take a little of every existing bleach character to make your own... It isn't natural.

Also, we don't care what you are on other sites. here, you are what you are. FINAL. You can't be everywhere and everything at the same time. You can't claim being in the Stealth Force while you're in 11th division....... It's one or the other. Stealth Force is 2nd division only. 11th div is fighting div. Not a mix.

ZANPAKUTO

Some character sheets are long to read, but at least take your time reading the different zanpakutos so to not have the same abilities, spirits, and such........

TAKE YOUR TIME CREATING A SHEET. The more original you are, the more you'll be appreciated ^^

If you need help creating, ideas, don't hesitate to ask around!

I THINK THAT WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO SAY IS THAT WE DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO FIGHT HERE just because of conflicting character sheet ideas. We have a banning rules and we, the admin, won't hesitate to use it, even if we care about everyone on here.... So please.......

It's really hard to please everybody....

If you want to talk about an idea with someone that has/plays another character, nobody will prevent you of talking/exchanging ideas with that person.

The Admin has the right to change whatever he deems fit at any given time without any prior warning. If you feel that an administrator changed something without given good reason to do so, you may appeal the change at the appropriate board.

You recognize and agree to adhere to the aforementioned rules above. You also understand that if they above rules are not followed administrators and global moderators have the right to reprimand you, put you on probation, delete your character and even ban your account if the situation calls for it.

(please do not post here this is just for the rules only. any and all complaints should be pm'ed to a staff member)
