Meditating.. with tea

Shera sat and sipped her tea as she crossed her legs in front of her. It was a boring day, so she had decided to take time and relax. Not much would happen today.. or so she figured and she needed to keep herself calm while her medicine was refilled. Closing her eyes, she focused and drifted off to the back of her own mind.

Shera opened one eye and nodded, "Hello, Hiato.. care to meditate with me?"

Shera nodded, taking a sip and going into a coughing fit, "W-well."

Shera nodded, hacking into her hand still a small bit of blood flooding through the cracks between her fingers.

Shera took the napkin and wiped the blood off of her mouth and hands, grimacing some as it seeped doen her throat lightly.

Shera managed a shakey nod, and crumbled the napkin, "I just need my medicine.. is all."

Loki smiles as he put the lid on her medicine "Time to take it to her" Loki put the medicine in his pocket as he flashstepped to the Squad House

Shera went into another coughing fit as she rummaged in her bag for her medicine. As she pulled out the bottle, she was shocked, "Em-empty?" She was out?!

Shera sits in the room, covering her mouth with both hands. She hacks and coughs, non stop for a good two minutes, Her body gasping for air when it can.

Loki came in with medicine "sorry the refill took so long" Loki said handing her the bottle
