| well i must say that yes there is a difference being that should a soul reaper gain the power of a hollow according to the anime they were kicked out of soul society and forced to hid in the human world hence the reason that no one among the current soul reapers that have the power mainly because it is against soul society law witch our rules are based upon but given the situation i would just suggest choosing one and the changes will be made but since the staff have agreed that no one person has the final word in any matters especially dealing with a captain claiming to have hollow powers of coarse this is not to say you will be in any sort of trouble or anything but we will need to discuss on how the situation should be handled
this meeting will take place in a matter of days until then i ask that everyone be patience for our ruling on the situation. also this meeting will be made visible to the public
